Doctors
Dr. Kieran Finucane
Dr Finucane graduated from University College Dublin in 2011. He spent time working in New Zealand before returning to Ireland to complete his GP training. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a special interest in Men's Health, Children's Health and Joint Injections. Additionally, he has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Dermatology, and Certificate in Dermoscopy and has an interest in all skin problems. He has taken over the practice as the principal partner since June 2019. In May 2024 he was appointed as a GP Trainer on the UCD GP Training Scheme.
Dr Louise Hickey
Dr Hickey is a graduate of University College Dublin. She has a special interest in Women's Health and holds a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG). She is trained in the contraceptive coil and contraceptive implant insertion and removal. She joined the practice in 2020, becoming a partner in 2022. She is combines her role in the practice with her position as Assistant Scheme Director with the UCD GP Training Scheme.
Dr Elva Dalton
Dr Dalton joined the practice in 1998. Her special areas of interests are Women's Health and Children's Medicine.
Dr Sumanth Tripuraneni
Dr. Sumanth graduated from UCD in 2011. He gained experience working in New Zealand before completing his GP training in Ireland, and later worked as a GP in Australia. He has a special interest in Men's Health, Children's Health and Chronic Disease Management. He has completed the European Certificate of Palliative Care and is trained in contraceptive implant removal and insertion. We were delighted to welcome him to the practice in 2026.
Nurses
Nurse Jean Blake
Jean has a background in midwifery prior to working in General Practice. She is available by appointment Monday and Friday mornings and offers a wide range of services including; Cervical Screening, Ear Syringing, Cryotherapy (Wart Freezing), Phlebotomy and Chronic Disease Check Ups
Nurse Emma Delaney Cahill
Emma is a dual trained in Midwifery and General Nurse who joined the practice in 2023. She previously worked in the National Maternity Hospital and brings a wealth of experience related to Women's Health, Pregnancy Care and Phlebotomy. She is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. During her clinics, she is offers a variety of services, including; Chronic Disease Management, Phlebotomy, Antenatal care and Vaccinations.

Ms Jeanne Elliott
Jeanne has been with the practice since 1998. She has a critically important role in the practice. Her dedication and kindness are essential in maintaining high standards of care.
